Palin speculation gets "Sirius"

If you have Sirius Satellite Radio, be sure to tune in to Channel 110 ("Indie Talk") on Monday at 5:30 PM Eastern. One of our biggest and earliest supporters, Steve Maloney, will be discussing Sarah Palin on the talk show "Blog Bunker". For those of us (like me) who don't have Sirius, I will be doing my best to obtain a tape or transcript.

Regarding thr C-SPAN women in politics segment, featuring Karen O'Connor on Washington Journal, while the entire segment is very instructive for McCain and Palin, Ms. O'Connor specifically addresses McCain's need for a female running mate begnning at about 2 minutes into the segment, specifically and emphatically praises Palin in response to a caller beginning at about 10 minutes in, and reiterated on GOP/McCain needing a female VP running mate, reiterating Palin, at about 18/19 minutes in.

This strong and specific endorsement by the Founder and Director of the Women & Politics Institute of Americam should be very persuasive for Team McCain picking Palin (if he wants to win).
